Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel

there are a few Renaissance Addison Hotels I mistakenly booked an UBER to the wrong location. Nice place. Strange lighting above the Television.. ask where the switch is located

I had the pleasure of staying at Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel during the crazy snowstorm when travel plans went out the window and many of us were unexpectedly stranded and I honestly can’t say enough good things about how the staff handled it. A huge shout-out to Sabrina at the front office, truly next-level customer service. She was calm, kind, professional, and always smiling, even under pressure. She went above and beyond to help guests feel taken care of during a stressful situation, and it genuinely made a difference. The bar and restaurant team absolutely held it down as well. Massive thanks to Steph, Christine, Jess, Zoe, and Taylor! you all brought warmth, positivity, and great service when it mattered most. From food to drinks to just making people feel welcome, the energy and teamwork were incredible. Thank you all for going the extra mile and turning an unexpected situation into a memorable and comfortable stay. This is hospitality done right. I’ll absolutely be back. Stayed here while on business. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Room was nice and cool and everything worked as expected. Staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. The only issues or complaints I had were that the water pressure in the shower is absolutely horrible (at all hours of the day). The bathroom also had a lingering sewage smell that would come and go. Nothing overpowering, just noticeable. This has been mentioned in other reviews also. There are no vending machines in this hotel. Once the bar closes, you are out of luck for drinks. Gas station is a 7 min walk away so it's not a big deal but it would be a good idea to get some vending machines. The restaurant in the hotel is not the best. Food was ok but nothing I would go back for. Luckily there was a ton of restaurants in the area.

Really nice hotel, fancy and sophisticated. We hung out at the bar night 1 with our girl, Rocio, who was so good to us. Great drink recommendations and attentive service. She made us feel so special. Love it here!

This was our first experience in Texas, coming from British Columbia Canada for a work conference. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Lobby is always clean and smells fresh. Our room was clean, a bit dated and could use some renos. The bathroom was the only part of our room that had been updated for a while by the looks of it. Beds are comfy. The conference rooms are nice and large. The location to all the restaurants is fantastic, there are endless options to choose from. If you are on foot, there aren't many things to really do or see, a few parks to tour around, bowling, mini golf, and a movie were a few we could find. Anything else, we needed a vehicle to drive down the toll highways to get to malls and such. We drove to Fort Worth, visited the Stockyards and did all the things down there, attended a rodeo, then did some more sight seeing! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Renaissance Dallas Addison and would stay there again! We love Texas and the people here!

Stayed during the Christmas break and they upgraded me to a top floor suite. I was told no one was working the lounge but I'd still have access. That wasn't the case as it was locked up more securely than a bank vault. The breakfast was delicious with a perfect sized omelet. The bar service is fantastic and they have an amazing pesto chicken sandwich.

Shoutout to Arthur. Excellent service upon checking in. I average around 70+ hotel stays with the Marriott brand each year. Check in process was professional and welcoming. Appreciate the top tier service, especially when we had booked our room on short notice. We had a little impromptu stay to stay near the Addison improv for the evening. The room is amazing. Dual floor, overlooking downtown Dallas. The Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel will definitely be our go to hotel for any late night Addison activities in the future!

Rocio is AMAZING!! She is an incredible bartender who makes great drinks and makes every customer feel beyond welcome. She is the best part of coming to the hotel!! All staff could be more like her!
